CONSULTATION POLICY
Should you decide to retain us for the services discussed in the one time paid initial consultation, this initial consultation fee will be credited toward your total legal fee.
Phone Consultations The majority of our clients use this option. To speak to an attorney via phone consultation, you may call from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST, at 407-581-9800.
Email Consultations Questions via email should be addressed to rmoss@shuffieldlowman.com. Your specific question(s), your phone number, and the times when we can reach you should be clearly stated, as well as your immigration objectives. This will assist us in recommending the most suitable options for you and make the follow-up phone conversation, if necessary, more meaningful.
Documents Needed For your appointment, please have available all of your immigration documents, including your passport, I-94 cards, and any previous immigration applications and decisions. If you are filing an employment-based petition, please have the documents relating to your employment as well.
What to Expect The purpose of a consultation is to provide you with sufficient information to analyze all of your immigration options, including the necessary steps, cost, and length of time the process will take.
